Which DLC to Buy: Cupboards & Drawers vs Seeing Stars
Two paid add-ons exist for this game, and choosing between them is less about price than about taste. One extends the familiar, gentle organising into wardrobes and cabinets; the other turns almost every scene into a hunt for several correct answers. Below you will find what sets them apart, which kind of player gets the most from each and a simple way to decide.

Cupboards & Drawers in practice
This one is for people whose favourite moments in the main game were the toolbox, the cutlery tray and the junk drawer. Almost every stage starts with something closed, a cabinet, a chest or a stack of compartments, and the fun lies in discovering what is inside and making it fit. A few stages string several little tasks together; the jewellery chest, for instance, opens one tier at a time. Difficulty barely moves compared with the five chapters you already know, so it plays like a bonus chapter.
- Suits: anyone who wants a calm evening and more of what they already enjoyed.
- Memorable stages: the store room with its hill of jars, the games shelf with a working handheld and the cabinet with four locks at the end.
- Weak spot: with extra stars in only three stages, there is little reason to replay it.
Seeing Stars in practice
Here the second and third star are no longer a bonus but the whole point. Typical scenes accept three, four or five arrangements, and some depend on information you only get by experimenting, such as dropping balls to count their bounces or pressing buttons until a toy falls asleep. The last five stages stay locked until your star total reaches 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90. More than one cat lives in this house, too.
- Suits: puzzle enthusiasts and anyone chasing 100%.
- Memorable stages: the row of digital pets, the coloured glass that opens three separate drawers and the closing search for hidden cats.
- Weak spot: a few answers are so subtle that most players reach for help. Every single answer has its own hint, so getting stuck for good is impossible.

Short answers
Does the campaign need to be finished first? No. Each add-on sits in its own menu and can be opened whenever you like, though the five chapters prepare you for the logic they use.
Are there achievements for the add-ons? Yes: eight come with Cupboards & Drawers and ten with Seeing Stars, among them one for every star in each.
Is a third add-on coming? The developers described the June 2025 Packed Update as the last one for this game and said their attention is moving to a new project, so nothing more is planned.
A bonus for owning both. The Shuffle Mode added in that final update pulls stages from every add-on you have. With both installed, the random pool grows past 160 stages.
